At just 116-yards the par 3 4th hole is nicknamed the terror and the reason is clear when you reach the tee. A tiny green, surrounded by treacherous slopes, requires the most accurate of tee shots, but its position next to the reservoir ensures the wind will catch many golfers out.
Spectacular views of the surrounding natural beauty wait on the elevated 6th tee, and the hole is pretty good too. A demanding drive, down to the fairway some 40 metres below will set up an approach to the imposing green.
Another challenging hole, demanding length and accuracy is the 12th at 210-yards the hole plays downhill to the green, but the enormous tree guarding the right hand portion of the hole needs to be carried if you are to find the green. Go left and you will need a magical touch to save your par.
Splitting the par 5, 15th in two is the Victoria Reservoir, and as you may expect the views are wonderful, but do not let that distract from the challenge of the hole. A good tee shot, a reserved lay-up will set up and approach into the heavily undulating green.
From the first tee-shot to the final putt, The Victoria course is a challenge, undulation changes, undulating greens and narrow fairways keep the golfer on their toes throughout.
