Pretty straight forward and easy to use. Just choose the course, choose your tee time, place the booking and pay. You are then provided with a reference number. It cuts out having to make phone calls to the golf club. We played Royal Gems City in Bangkok, turned up, they knew we was coming, every thing was in order,no issues whatsoever. 5 stars from me and my friend.
Easy booking process, I looked to book direct with the golf club (Bluffs in Vietnam) but thought I would double check if I could get a better price via a third party, saving was circa £50, so great experience and a better tee time than I first expected.
Golfsavers are very easy to deal with, responding quickly to requests and always getting things accurate. Having used them many times in different countries, the bookings have always been perfectly executed.
I have used Golfsavers for 6 times for my golf trips in Phuket (ranging for 2 pax to 12 pax). Booking process was smooth even though we had queries or wanted to try out new hotels or require specific transport arrangements. Staff who attended to us were very prompt, polite and efficiently addressed our queries and/or provided information in order for us to make decisions to secure the bookings (both golf and hotels). Yes, I will definitely go to Golfsavers again on my next golfing trip!
Golfsavers made it very easy to book and pay for a round of golf on The Earth Course Dubai. Secure payment available and I was informed of all the requirements prior to arriving at the course.
We've used Golf Savers for the past 5 years and it makes booking and playing golf in Asia a dream. Everything is organised for you, just rock up to your round and play. The Golf itinerary sent prior to going on Holiday outlines everything in detail. We go on trips every year and next year is Vietnam, so we will definitely be using Golf Savers again.
Good value and really helpful staff when I couldn’t find exactly what I was looking for.
We used golf savers for a 3-pax 3-round golf trip to Jakarta in May. Our overall experience was fabulous with the Savers team’s excellent virtual service and on the ground logistics planning. Despite some changes from our ends, the booking process was made seamless by the responsive and professional approach of the staff. Everything from initial bookings to last-minute changes was managed smoothly. Including the punctuality and cleanliness of transport and transfers (lack of driver English comprehension was a small issue but was overcome with Watsapp grouping with the GS team). Definitely recommended, will use again on our next tour.
Booked a group of 16 at New Kuta in Bali and GolfSavers was a huge help. Competitive pricing and organised transfers and club hire. Really responsive and helped add a few last minute additions too. Would happily use them again for any size bookings
