We played in Batam Palm Springs resort last month and overall the arrangements for smooth and spot on. Only issue is the security of our golf bags as we all had the bags opened during the return journey and we lost golf balls, gloves, small accessories that were in them. This needs to be addressed as this is not the first time it has happened and it is always on the return journey.
