Our 1st experience with Golfsavers to Sri Lanka and we are all very pleased with Pear the lady that communicates with us. Pear has been very helpful and answers our queries promptly. Our driver Mr. Pradee from day 1 to day 5 was a great driver and his driving experience through the winding and dark roads missing negotiating around all the thousands of Tut Tuts was commendable. In Colombo the guide & driver are not up to our expectations. The worst golf course was Eagles Golf Link in Trincomalee. I had a drunken caddy in Nuwara Eliya GC. This course is in middle of town, very old and challenging. The best is Shangri-La Golf & Country Club and Royal Colombo which we have high expectations was not up to our expectation. Overall a great experience for us specially escaping the Colombo bombings on Easter Sunday. Luckily we did not upgrade to Cinnamon Grand Hotel from Cinnamon Lakeside but we had dinner at The Lagoon on Easter Saturday.
