This is the third time I have used Golfsavers and yet again they excelled in service, response times, organisation and value for money.
The transfer companies they use are always prompt, often early at pick up points.
I've been so impressed, I would not consider using anyone else for my Asia trips, can't recommend enough.

Very good and clear communication

I’ve booked Thai golf trips through Golf Savers a few times now. This year has again been a very positive experience with no issues re ease of booking, fast response to any queries that arose, driver courtesy and timeliness.

This is the second time using Golfsavers and mostly went ok, Pandawa the driver spoke no english and his car was not clean, course and caddies great as always. Kuta club was ok the driver was a lot better and car was clean however the course had 4 temporary holes and a lot of works going on it felt disorganised at the course, the new waterfall hole is now open and stunning and challenging . If we had known about the works at Kuta we would have played Pandawa twice instead.

We didn't get any what's app notices from the drivers either days where as Heni last year was amazing messaged day before reminder for pick up. We only got a notification from Golfsavers 2 days before our first round and that was it no reminder for the second course. this year was not as good as an experience as last May unfortunately.

Very good overall service. Accepted last minute modifications (due to medical issue).

Staff should however be a bit more friendly.
We had booked three golf course (Toscana, Rancho and Khai Yai between 16/2/26 to 18/2/2026)

Very efficient and got us a booking when we were told there was no availability by the course.

Service well run seeing we had no physical guide.
Airport pickup mobs of people trying to find my name on a collection of four poster areas looking for my name for connection.
The Standard Hotel excellent location excellent.
Golf courses Black mountain and Pineapple excellent
Springfield and the Palms good layout average at best condition.
Overall Hua Hin very good ...nice if could have flown into the local domestic airport - 15 mins away instead of the 3hrs transfer from Bangkok.
