This is our second time engaging GolfSavers. We plan the trip to Surabaya with a short notice. During the quotation period, the representative from GolfSavers were very accommodating in my request for changes in hotel and courses. Upon confirmation of the itinerary, the local representative from Surabaya (Heelai) quickly contacted us via whatsapp to introduce himself and assure us that all arrangements are done. We had the most wonderful, friendly and patience driver (Gunawan) for all our transfer. Upon arrival, Gunawan even made an effort to drive a round around my hotel to help us familiarise with the area, especially the walk to the nearby mall. Thank you to all involved in arranging our trip. Professionally done and very reassuring.

Bookings were really convenient and the responses from the site were instant. I wonder if it was run by AI. The prices for our two rounds in Chiangmai were also comparable to local operators. The transport arranged were better than punctual manned by a careful and nice driver.
