The location is super convenient, 5 mins walk to Nagoya Mall. The rooms are spacious, clean and well organised. The free minibar on the 1st day was great. Also the free Wi-Fi is a great addition. Coffee, tea and water provided. Overall my favourite hotel in Batam.
