Stayed here for 6 nights. Everything in the hotel is in perfect condition as you expect in Japan and the Hotel Staff were always attentive and helpful during our stay. Great value for location of hotel in centre of Nakasu (red light district) and its very close too Nakasukawabata station and the shopping arcade, and there are a lot of restaurants and places to eat around nakasu. Had self-service laundry to use downstairs which was great I would definitely stay there again next time we're in Fukuoka
