I visited Holiday Inn Benoa in the first week of October with my family. The hotel is nicely located opening up in the front of a beautiful beach. The hotel is on a busy road with plenty of convenience stores, money exchange stores and restaurants around. The hotel is clean and the staff courteous and the overall feel is nice. Front desk needs to be more warm.I had a few odd experiences with check in and took a lot of time to settle but then the manger intervened and took good care thereafter. The pool is well laid out across the hotel. Rooms have Refrigerators, electric iron and lockers. Air conditioning is good and they also give - in room WiFi facilities (inclusive in my room category)
