How much should I tip the caddies?

Part of the joy of playing golf in Asia are the wonderful caddies.  You are usually allocated one caddie each who will drive the golf buggy but it is also possible to hire a second caddie who can carry your umbrella and generally look after you.  

The golf course will often publish tipping guidelines in the pro-shop.  We recommend a MINIMUM of US$10 per round but if you receive exceptional service then $15-20 is probably the maximum.
