King Naga Golf Club is a 30-minute drive away from Pattaya and used to be known as the Century Golf & Country Club, and the Great Lake Golf. The course is in the center of Dok Krai Reservoir, on a peninsula so cooling water and jungle breezes are present throughout the year. With almost no water hazards, the course has a flat links feel to it. The big obstacles at King Naga are the 120 bunkers and the jungle-lined fairways, instead of water hazards. Many of of the sand traps are at the landing areas on the fairway. Most greens, however, are flat and clear, with the hazards 30-40 yards away from the putting surfaces.
At King Naga Golf club, conditions vary throughout the year. There are many scoring opportunities in the dry season and the grass is kept well-cut and neat. On the other hand, due to its proximity to water and jungle, the course can get soggy in the wetter months.
